Built because the process was broken.

Shelton Mathis founded Prime Equities after seeing, repeatedly, how difficult and opaque the traditional real estate process was for homeowners who needed to sell — and for investors who wanted to buy right but couldn’t find the information they needed to do it with confidence.

The acquisition side of the business was built to serve sellers who needed speed, certainty, and a fair deal — without the commissions, the repairs, the showings, and the uncertainty that comes with the traditional process.

The investor side was built because Prime Equities was finding more good deals than we could keep — and we believed other investors deserved access to the same quality of deal, with the same level of underwriting, that we expected for ourselves.
