Sign Up and Tell Us Your Goals

Fill out the investor list form. Tell us your target market, property type, price range, and investment goals. The more specific you are, the better we can match you with the right deals.

Get a Welcome Call from Our Team

Within 1-2 business days, our acquisitions team reaches out to confirm your criteria, walk through what our typical deal looks like, and discuss A-Tier access.

Receive Pre-Underwritten Deal Packages

When we have a property that matches your criteria, you receive a full deal package: photos, pro-forma, inspection report, rent roll, and comps. You review on your own timeline.

Upgrade to A-Tier (Recommended)

Submit proof of funds as a cash buyer and we move you to the A-Tier list. A-Tier investors receive every deal 48-72 hours before the general list. Hard money and private money qualify.

Commit to a Deal

When you find a deal that fits, let us know. We move from commitment to contract within 24-48 hours. Standard earnest money deposit is required to execute.

Close with Full Team Support

Our transaction coordinator handles title company coordination, insurance, property management introductions, and tenant processing from signed contract to closed deal.
