Questions about the investor list.

No. There’s no obligation to purchase. You’ll receive deals as we find them and you decide whether any of them fit your criteria. We’d rather you wait for the right deal than rush into the wrong one.

Our primary markets are Southeast Texas (San Antonio to Houston), Central Texas, Georgia (Atlanta metro), Alabama (Central and North), Indiana (Northwest), and Ohio (Northern). We are actively expanding and occasionally have deals in additional markets.

Primarily single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and small multifamily (up to 8 units). Occasionally we have portfolio deals or larger multifamily. Every property comes with full underwriting regardless of type.

Submit proof of funds showing you are ready to close as a cash buyer. Hard money and private money count. Once verified, we move you to the A-Tier list where you receive deals 48-72 hours before the general list.

Zero. We don’t charge a membership fee, a sourcing fee, or a commission at closing. You pay the sale price and standard closing costs — that’s it. Our business model is acquisition and disposition, not fee collection.
